Simplified disclosure now available to issuers on ISM

ISM has supported a variety of fixed income issuers seeking access to London’s uniquely deep pool of international capital, providing an efficient and customer focussed admission approach.

Simplified disclosure is available to issuers with securities already admitted to one of London Stock Exchange’s markets, an EU-regulated market or a market deemed suitable by London Stock Exchange.

Issuers with equity admitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board now qualify for the simplified disclosure route to market.

For issuers eligible for the simplified disclosure regime, documentation for any new securities admitted to ISM will largely be limited to the information relating to the securities on the basis of the information already publicly disclosed by the issuer.

For information, click on ISM or contact the Fixed Income team at bonds@lseg.com or 0207 797 3921.
