London Stock Exchange today welcomes ProCook, the UK's leading direct-to-consumer specialist kitchenware brand, designing, sourcing and retailing a high-quality range of cookware, kitchen accessories and tableware. The company has today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "PROC". The Company’s shares have been priced at 145p, giving it a market capitalisation on Admission of £158 million. The IPO will be used to support the Group's growth plans by increasing the Group's public profile and brand awareness; further improve the ability of the Group to attract and retain high quality talent; and create a liquid market in the Shares for existing and future shareholders.
